Learning Well is a blended learning programme and part of Active Learning Companies, a 3 year project funded by the Big Lottery / Sport England in partnership with Warwickshire College, Greater Warwickshire Sport, BBC Coventry and Warwickshire and Crystal Presentations Ltd.
The project aims to encourage companies in the West Midlands to adopt a whole lifestyle approach to learning and well being throughout their workforce and to prove the benefits to both employer and employee of this approach.
Target companies will be identified by:
The programme will be trialed in the Coventry and Warwickshire sub region, where the lead partner already has an established employer network, and then extended across the West Midlands region.
